槽的设计和结构简介中英对照版,这里只是简单介绍一下,资料是国外的,所又把英文的也放出来,供大家参考 槽的设计和结构 This section is concerned, mainly, with two areas: Techniques to keep the paint in the tank moving to prevent settling, and Methods of filtering to keep the paint  clean                        此节主要涉及两各方面                      1 .保 持槽中涂料 运动,  防止沉淀的技术。                       2.保持涂料清洁的过滤方法。 Although all of the suggestions cannot be applied to any one existing tank, the concepts included here represent objectives which your tanks should achieve.  The direction of paint flow refers to the direction of the movement of the top of the tank relative to the vehicle. Most tanks move the paint in the same direction in which the vehicle moves. 虽然提供的全部建议不可能用于每个现有槽上,但这里包含的概念是你们的槽要达到的目标。槽液运动方向指的是液面的运动方向相对于车身的运动方向。大多数电泳槽的槽液运动是与车身移动的方向相同。 This flow is accomplished by circular movement of paint in the tank: paint flows along the tank floor, up the entrance incline, across the surface, and down the exit incline. Moving the paint at two to four times the velocity of that of the vehicle minimizes settling on the horizontal surfaces. 在槽中的循环运动带动槽液的流动;槽液沿着槽底从进口端斜面朝上流,经表面再从出口端斜面流下。槽液要以车身移动速度的2~4倍流动,使水平面上的沉淀减到最少。 Concepts (such as the radial entrance lip) improve movement, making it smoother and more continuous and help to eliminate pigment settling on horizontal  surfaces within the tank, which  can cause dirt to collect on the unit being coated. 新的设计原理(象进口端部弧形导流板)改进流动状态,使槽液流动平滑且更连续,有助于减低颜料的沉淀机会,此种沉淀在被涂漆工件上聚积而成颗粒。 Bottom front-end filtration is another  concept designed to reduce dirt. Most dirt is too heavy to stay suspended in the paint over the entire tank length and, thus, be carried into the weir. Settling to the tank floor, the dirt is carried forward where it is picked up in the front-end filtration system. 底部前端过滤是另一种减少颗粒的设计原理,大部分颗粒较重,不能在流过整个槽子长度时悬浮于槽液中被带入溢流槽中而沉降到槽底,这些颗粒就被带向前端过滤系统然后被抽出过滤。 The thirty-degree angle of entry is a compromise which permits the vehicle to be quickly submerged in the paint while keeping tank depth to a minimum. These criteria are important with conventional conveyor systems. Pendulum conveyors, which permit rotation of the body to greater angles, can accomplish steeper entry in the same depth as standard conveyors. Steeper entry angles on the tank will make "turning" the paint easier at the entrance end. 30度的入槽角是既使工件迅速地侵入槽液中,又能保持槽的深度最小的择中方案。这些规范对常规的运输系统是重要的。允许车身旋转大角度的楔杆运输链,可以与标准运输链同样的槽深度情况下实现更陡的入槽角,较陡的入槽角将使槽液在入口的端“转向”更容易。 Clearances of 18 inches between the body and the tank walls and the floor are recommended to permit the inclusion of internal tank equipment without danger of interfering with vehicle movement through the tank. A vehicle touching internal tank equipment could result in an electrical short which could damage rectifiers and ruin the vehicle. Doors should be secured by hold-open devices to permit good drainage and prevent accidental opening while in the tank. 建议车身与槽壁及槽底之间的间隙要留18英寸以安装槽内结构件,使车身通过槽子时保证安全。车身与槽内结构件相碰会导致短路,会损坏整流器和碰坏车身,车门要用开门夹固定使排液良好及防止门在槽中意外地打开。 A depth of 12 inches of paint between the surface and the top of the vehicle should be maintained to prevent disturbing of the surface paint movement and aid in Throwpower and roof film build. The rapid flow of paint over the vehicle horizontals will minimize the settling of pigment and dirt on these surfaces. 车身顶部与槽液之间要保持12英寸深度以防止干扰表面漆液运动,有助于槽液的泳透力和顶层漆膜的形成。车身水平表面上方的槽液快速流动将最大限度地减少颜料和杂质在这些表面上沉淀。 The electrocoat tank is lined with a fiber-glass-epoxy composite material to provide electrical insulation. The steel tank is usually at earth (grounded) potential, the same potential as that of the vehicles being coated. If the tank were not insulated, coating would occur on the tank walls and floor, permitting a paint build-up which would break loose to contaminate the tank. Obviously, breaks in the tank lining cause the same kind of problem; thus, periodic inspection of the lining is necessary. 电泳槽要用环氧玻璃钢衬里以与槽液绝缘。钢槽接地,电荷与被涂工件相同。如果槽子不绝缘,电泳槽壁和槽底会涂上漆,到一定厚度时碎落的漆膜会污染槽液。虽然,槽内衬里破裂亦会导致同样的问题。所以,定期检查衬里是必要的。
