General Rinses 冲洗概述
Rinsing performed after electrocoating removes the thin layer of paint (the cream coat) which adheres to the deposited electrocoat film. Minor amounts of paint left on the deposited surface will cause defects. Bodies should be rinsed as soon as possible after they emerge from the paint tank and never later than one minute after that point.

Highly efficient closed loop and gravity return rinse systems are necessary (see Figure 13). These systems use ultrafiltrate in the final stage and overflow each stage back to the paint tank where paint solids are recovered. Five stages of ultrafiltrate rinsing and two stages of DI water rinsing work well, configured as follows:

All rinse tanks should be provided with good drainage so that cleaning will be effective. Acceptable materials of construction include coated steel tanks and stainless steel piping for rinses. Rinse walls, ceilings, and sanitary shields should be made of stainless or aluminized steel.
