电泳槽设计之槽液流动方向简介中英对照版

Direction of Flow 流动方向 An electrocoat tank should be designed to move paint continuously in a circular path, with the surface moving in the same direction as the conveyor (see Figure 2). This design is experience-proven and results in the cleanest electrocoat body. Smooth fluid flow direction change (at the entrance end of the tank) is accomplished most effectively by using a radial lip. Paint headers direct paint up the entrance decline and help prevent pigment settling as the paint changes direction. Two variations of this design are currently being employed (see Figure 3). Bidirectional flow systems have also proved successful when incorporated with bottom center filtration. 电泳槽要设计成使油漆沿单一循环路线连续运动,液面运动方向与运输链运行方面相同(见图2),实际经验证明,这样的设计能得到最干净的电泳车身。平稳的流向变化(在槽入口端)可考虑使用一“摇臂导向板”来实现。在工件入口端斜坡上喷头以引导漆液流向入口端,漆液虽改变流向,以有助于防止颜料沉淀。现在这种设计的两种形式已被普遍采用(见图3)。另外,底部中央有抽出过滤装置的双向流动系统也已被证明是成功的。 A combination of floor headers and vertical side pipes with eductors provide effective tank agitation. If necessary, exit-end draft tubes can be added for enhanced circulation. Draft tubes are large volume agitator pump systems which move paint from the top surface and start it moving across the bottom surface. Areas such as drains, sumps, pump wells, or dead paint lines may collect pigment.
